Odor and Stain Removal
Odor and stains are absolutely no fun at all. These two things make our lives miserable, and make the things that they penetrate seem older, and more worn down, than they actually may be. The best way to rid yourselves of stains and odors is to have them removed, but that is not always as easy as it sounds. Depending on the type of stain and odor, removal may require a fair amount of work. If you are having trouble ridding yourselves of these things, let us know so that we can come out and help.
Odors can be very hard to get rid of, because we cant always see where they are originating from. If an odor is linked to a stain, we can definitely go in and try our best to eliminate both, but this is not always the case. On top of that, depending on what is producing the smell, it may not be as simple as bringing in a cleaning tool to bust the odor. For instance, if moisture is causing the odors to appear, it could be that there is water trapped under your carpet. This requires more than cleaning; it requires removing and replacing carpeted sections.
Most of us love a nice glass of wine; finding it the perfect way to relax after a long day, or the perfect partner of a beautiful dinner. And, if wine stays in the glass, or bottle, where it belongs, it is never an issue. However, accidents do happen, and if wine is spilled on to a carpeted surface, it can become quite the burden to clean up. Because of the natural colors in red wine, it stains surfaces very quickly, and more than that, it sets quickly as well. If you have a wine spill you cant get out, let us know and we can remove it
Pets are great members of the family. A cute puppy, or baby kitten, can bring a lot of joy to the household. Usually pets go to the bathroom in their respective places, outside or litter box, with no problems at all. However, this is not always the case. Especially when training a young animal, it may happen that your puppy, or kitten, tinkles on the carpet. Urine can, not only stain, carpet, but it can cause unpleasant odors to persist for a long while. Luckily, we have all the tools to make those stains, and odors, disappear for good.
Gum, or putty, that are stuck in carpet fibers can be one of the hardest things to remove. Newer carpet is, often, low-pile and more non-porous than older carpet types, so it is a bit easier to clean. However, if you have older carpet in your home, with fibers that have some length to them, this can be super annoying. We completely understand that and, for this reason, if you need gum or putty removed, we have you covered.
